The goal is to support your mental and emotional wellbeing, improve self awareness and empower you to live a more balanced and fulfilling life.

Bonnie is a trained person centred therapist who works from a holistic perspective focusing on all areas of a person’s life. Therapy with Bonnie is centred around you. Bonnie provides a safe and confidential space for you to address any presenting challenges, reflect on past trauma, set goals, develop a healthy and balanced life and to learn strategies to cope with the difficulties of life.
